It is at this time we (Charles J. Hoffmann Jr. & Charles J. Hoffmann III) would like to reintroduce our selves as Charles J. Hoffmann, Jr. & Son, L.L.C.

It has been brought to our attention and we clearly understand the past inconvenience to you being unable to get in contact with the office, have phone calls returned and the lack of having requested proposals and paperwork to you in a timely fashion.  It is for this reason we would like to inform you that we have taken a more responsive approach to serving you as Charles J. Hoffmann, Jr. & Son, L.L.C by replacing our office staff with more receptive staffing.

Charles J. Hoffmann, Jr. & Son, L.L.C. will have some of the same field technicians working for the company, but we will be offering more contact points to you.
